Ashoka University Records 100% Placements Among Students Seeking Jobs; Highest Package Rs 42.5 Lakh

New Delhi: Ashoka University has reported 100% placements among students seeking employment from its 2025-26 graduating batch, with students receiving more than 450 job offers from 163 organisations, including 78 new recruiters. The highest salary package stood at Rs 42.5 lakh per annum, secured by a Computer Science student.

The university also reported strong higher education outcomes, with more than 135 students securing over 400 offers from leading universities globally. The graduating cohort received 24 offers from Oxford and Cambridge universities, collectively known as Oxbridge, and 24 offers from Ivy League institutions.

Among placed students, the average CTC for the top 20% stood at Rs 22.5 lakh, while the median CTC for the same group was Rs 22 lakh.

According to the university, around 80% of placed students joined six major sectors, with BFSI accounting for the largest share of placements.

Ashoka University Students Receive Global University Offers

Alongside employment outcomes, Ashoka University students recorded strong results in applications for higher education abroad.

The graduating cohort received 24 Oxbridge offers, compared with 15 in the previous year. The number of Ivy League offers also increased to 24 from 13.

Students received partial scholarships ranging from 10% to 80% for master's programmes at institutions including Yale University, Columbia University, the University of Pennsylvania, Brown University, Sciences Po, Oxford, Cambridge, the London School of Economics, Hertie School and the National University of Singapore.

The university also reported 19 top international scholarships secured by students in a single year. These included the Rhodes, Gates Cambridge, Fulbright-Nehru, Chevening and Erasmus Mundus scholarships.

In addition, students received 16 PhD admissions, including 12 fully funded offers.

Ashoka University Highlights Industry Partnerships 

Priyanka Chandhok, Vice President, Career Advancement, Ashoka University, said the placement results reflect the talent and perseverance of students as well as the university's relationships with employers across industries.

Chandhok said the university saw growth across consulting, technology, BFSI, and data, research and analytics, alongside an expansion of its recruiter base with 78 new organisations.

She added that the university's focus remains on creating meaningful opportunities for students and preparing them for an evolving employment landscape.

He said the graduating class had secured opportunities across leading organisations and top global universities, adding that multidisciplinary education helps students develop the curiosity, confidence and adaptability required to navigate a rapidly changing world.
