New Delhi: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced two campus placement drives for its students and alumni in Bengaluru and Ahmedabad from July 29 to 31, 2026. More than 240 job vacancies will be offered by leading companies across the services, customer support, and proptech sectors.

According to an official IGNOU notification, the placement drives will provide employment opportunities for eligible IGNOU graduates and final-semester students through recruitment by companies including NoBroker, Bajaj Finserv, TTEC, and Samsung.

IGNOU Bengaluru Placement Drive on July 29 and 30

The first campus placement drive will be conducted at the IGNOU Regional Centre, Bengaluru, located at No. 222, Singena Agrahara Village Road, on July 29 and 30 from 10:00 AM onwards.

The drive will primarily recruit candidates for the position of Sales Executive at NoBroker, with around 80 vacancies available. Selected candidates will receive an annual salary package of ₹4.68 lakh per annum (LPA).

Ahmedabad Placement Drive Scheduled for July 30 and 31

The second placement drive will take place at the IGNOU Regional Centre, Ahmedabad, on July 30 and 31, starting from 10:00 AM.

More than 160 vacancies will be offered by companies such as Bajaj Finserv, TTEC, and Samsung for various positions, including:

• Customer Executive

• Chat Support Executive

• Sales Roles

According to the notification, Bajaj Finserv is recruiting for over 30 Customer Executive positions, while TTEC is offering more than 100 vacancies for the role of Chat Support Executive.

The placement drives aim to connect IGNOU students and alumni with leading employers across multiple sectors, offering roles for both freshers and experienced candidates. 

IGNOU Placement Drive 2026: Eligibility Criteria

IGNOU graduates and final-semester students from programmes such as BA, BSc, BCom, and other undergraduate courses are eligible to participate in the placement drives.

Candidates should possess:

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in English and Hindi

• Knowledge of at least one South Indian language (preferred)

• Good interpersonal, analytical, numerical, and decision-making skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word

For certain roles at TTEC, candidates with Higher Secondary (HSC), Diploma, or Graduation qualifications are eligible to apply. Both freshers and experienced candidates can participate, depending on the job role.

Freshers and eligible alumni are encouraged to participate, depending on the requirements of individual recruiters.
