New Delhi: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced a Mega Campus Placement Drive 2026, scheduled for July 27 and 28, offering more than 350 job vacancies across banking, insurance, aviation, hospitality, AI, marketing, and several other sectors. The drive will be held at the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Convention Centre, IGNOU Headquarters, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi, from 10:00 AM on both days.  

The initiative is being conducted by the IGNOU Campus Placement Cell and is open to IGNOU learners, alumni, fresh graduates, and final-semester students. Participating companies will recruit candidates for a wide range of roles, including customer support, sales, AI, data analytics, UI/UX design, supply chain management, aviation, hospitality, banking, and financial services. 

Candidates interested in attending the placement drive must complete the online registration process through the Google Form shared by the IGNOU Campus Placement Cell.

Major Recruiters and Job Opportunities

Several leading companies will participate in the placement drive with attractive salary packages and multiple vacancies.

• Axis Bank will recruit 200 Office Sales (OS-1) professionals. Graduates and final-semester students aged between 21 and 28 years are eligible. The offered package is ₹2.3 lakh per annum, along with performance-based incentives of up to ₹60,000.

• Bajaj Life Insurance has announced 25+ vacancies for the positions of Insurance Relationship Manager and Senior Financial Service Manager, offering annual salaries ranging from ₹3 lakh to ₹3.5 lakh, plus incentives.

• Bajaj Capital Insurance Broking is hiring 20+ candidates for Telesales and Branch Sales roles with a monthly salary of ₹25,000.

• Birds Flight India Pvt. Ltd. will recruit 50+ Customer Service Agents and Customer Service Hosts, offering an annual package of approximately ₹3.6 lakh.

• The CII-IGNOU Services & Hospitality Initiative has announced 50–80 vacancies for customer support, sales support, and voice process roles with monthly salaries ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000.

• AAJ Supply Chain Management is offering Facility Management Executive positions with annual salaries between ₹3.5 lakh and ₹4 lakh.

• Proof-of-Skill has openings in UI/UX Design, Marketing, Business Development, Copywriting, Customer Success, Data Analytics, and Human Resources, with salary packages reaching up to ₹12 lakh per annum, depending on the role and candidate's expertise.

Eligibility Criteria

The placement drive is open to students and graduates from programmes including BA, B.Ed., B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, M.Com., Diploma, and Postgraduate Diploma courses. Freshers, pass-outs, and final-semester students are all eligible to participate.
