Bengaluru: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has officially released the Karnataka NEET 2026 Rank List for candidates seeking admission to undergraduate medical courses in the state. Eligible candidates can now check their state rank by downloading the KEA NEET UG Merit List 2026 PDF from the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
The release of the rank list marks the first official step in the Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2026 process for admission to 85% state quota MBBS and BDS seats. Only candidates whose names appear in the merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling rounds conducted by KEA.

Open the UGNEET 2026 admissions section.
Click on the Karnataka NEET 2026 Rank List or Merit List PDF link.
The merit list PDF will open on the screen.
Press Ctrl + F and enter your NEET UG Roll Number.
Check your state rank, NEET score, and other details.
Following the release of the merit list, KEA will soon begin the counselling process for undergraduate medical admissions across Karnataka.
The counselling will cover admissions to:
MBBS
BDS
Other eligible medical and allied health courses
Candidates listed in the merit list will be invited to participate in document verification, choice filling, seat allotment, and admission rounds as per the official counselling schedule.
KEA has also issued an important advisory for all medical aspirants.
