News Story

IIM Kozhikode, the conducting body of the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025, will close the application correction window today, October 7, at 5 pm. Candidates who have successfully registered and paid the fee can log in at iimcat.ac.in to make edits to their forms.

The CAT 2025 registration ran from August 1 to September 20. During the correction window, applicants can update key details such as their name, photograph, signature, and test city preferences at no extra cost. However, this is a one-time opportunity—once the deadline passes, no further changes will be allowed.

Applicants should note that certain critical details, including date of birth (DOB), mobile number, email ID, and state, cannot be altered. Errors in these fields may lead to rejection of the application.

How to make corrections in CAT 2025 application form:

1.     Visit iimcat.ac.in

2.     Click on ‘Registered Candidate Login’

3.     Enter your user ID and password

4.     Make necessary edits and click ‘Save’

5.     Download and print the edited form for records

Candidates are advised to regularly check the official CAT website for updates and further instructions from IIM Kozhikode.

The CAT is a national-level entrance exam for admission to postgraduate management programs (MBA/PGDM) at premier institutes, including all IIMs. Scores are used nationwide to shortlist candidates for advanced management studies, testing aptitude and readiness for the rigorous programs.
