The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the School Academic Performance Report Card for all CBSE-affiliated schools for the 2024–25 academic session, marking a major step towards data-driven educational planning and accountability.

The comprehensive report offers a deep dive into each school’s performance in Classes 10 and 12 board examinations, presenting comparative analyses and benchmarks against state and national CBSE averages across subjects.

It also includes insights into gender-wise performance trends, enabling institutions to identify achievement gaps and promote greater equity in learning outcomes.

Beyond academics, the report card evaluates schools on holistic indicators such as participation and achievements in sports and games, with benchmarking at cluster and zonal levels — reinforcing CBSE’s focus on all-round student development.

CBSE has urged schools to thoroughly review their report cards, pinpoint focus areas, and integrate findings into their School Annual Pedagogical Plans (SAPP). The Board emphasized that the initiative is designed to empower schools with actionable insights, enabling continuous improvement and stronger learning outcomes.

Heads of institutions can access their respective performance report cards through the CBSE School Login Portal using their credentials.

Reaffirming its commitment to transparency, accountability, and holistic excellence, CBSE said the move aligns with the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 — fostering reflective, evidence-based education across India’s school system.
