Reinforcing its pledge to conduct fair and student-centric examinations, the
Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) on November 3 launched an
extensive monitoring campaign across the Kashmir Division to ensure smooth,
transparent, and disciplined exam proceedings.
Director School Education Kashmir, Naseer Ahmad
Wani, personally led the exercise in Srinagar, accompanied by Chief Accounts
Officer Syed Mubashirah and Chief Education Officer Srinagar Gh. Mohi-ud-din
Bhat. The team inspected several key examination centres, including GHSS
Kothibagh, Presentation Convent Higher Secondary School Rajbagh, High School
Natipora, and High School Hyderpora.
During his visit, Wani interacted with students
and staff, reviewed on-ground arrangements, and conveyed his best wishes to
students for a stress-free examination experience.
“We are here to assure our students that the
administration stands firmly with them. Our foremost priority is to maintain a
fair, transparent, and supportive examination environment,” Wani said, urging
staff across the division to ensure calm and integrity in every centre.
Meanwhile, DSEK’s supervisory teams spread across all districts to maintain uniform standards and strict vigilance.
Joint
Directors visited centres in far-flung areas of Kupwara and Anantnag, while
Personnel Officer Dr. Iqbal Hussain Mir carried out a detailed review in Budgam
district, expressing satisfaction over the disciplined conduct of the exams.
Reiterating its commitment, the Directorate emphasized that transparency, discipline, and a student-first approach will remain the foundation of its examination process, ensuring every candidate a fair chance to perform to the best of their ability.
