The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) is in the final stages of approving the much-awaited timetable for the ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) board examinations for 2026.

With nearly 3.5 lakh students gearing up for next year’s boards, the datesheet is expected to be released shortly on the council’s official website, cisce.org.

An official source confirmed that the process is nearing completion. “The examination timetable is in its final stages of approval.

The ISC and ICSE schedules are being finalised, and the datesheet will be released soon. Students are advised to remain patient and continue preparing,” the official said.

Tentative exam window

ICSE Class 10 (2026)

·        Expected start: February 2026

·        Likely conclusion: Mid-March 2026

ISC Class 12 (2026)

·        Expected start: Late February 2026

·        Likely conclusion: First week of April 2026

Once released, the timetable will be available in PDF format, detailing subject-wise exam dates, timings and essential instructions for candidates.
