The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on March 6 announced the results of the Civil Services Examination 2025, bringing a moment of pride for Bihar’s Muzaffarpur district as Raghav Jhunjhunwala secured All India Rank (AIR) 4.

Raghav, a resident of Pankaj Market in Muzaffarpur and the son of Ashok Jhunjhunwala, has emerged among the top achievers in one of India’s most competitive examinations, earning widespread praise from the local community.

Soon after the results were declared on March 6, 2026, celebrations began at the Jhunjhunwala residence, with friends, relatives, and well-wishers visiting the family to extend their congratulations.

Family members credited Raghav’s success to years of disciplined preparation, consistent hard work, and unwavering focus on his goal. 

They described him as a bright and determined student from an early age who remained committed to his academic pursuits throughout his journey.
