SSC CPO result 2026 declared: Over 48,000 clear paper-I, advance to PET/PST round

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the SSC CPO 2025 Paper-I results, shortlisting 48,615 candidates for the next stage of recruitment to the posts of Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs).

Candidates who appeared for the examination held between December 9 and 12, 2025, can now check their results on the official SSC website. Those who have qualified will proceed to the Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST).

According to official data, the shortlisted candidates include 4,320 women (List-I), 44,067 men (List-II), and 228 male departmental candidates from Delhi Police (List-III). 

The results reflect a significant number of qualifiers, with the bulk coming from the general recruitment categories.

Category-wise cut-offs released

The Commission has also published minimum qualifying marks and final cut-offs across categories. While minimum qualifying marks stand at:

30% (60 marks) for Unreserved (UR)

25% (50 marks) for OBC/EWS

20% (40 marks) for SC/ST

the final cut-offs vary across lists:

Notably, List-I and List-II include candidates shortlisted for both Delhi Police and CAPFs, while List-III is reserved exclusively for serving Delhi Police personnel under the departmental quota.
