The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) on March 31 declared
the Class 12 results for 2026, registering an impressive overall pass
percentage of 96.30%, with girls dominating the merit lists across all
streams.
The results were formally announced by Education and Panchayati Raj
Minister Madan Dilawar, who joined the declaration virtually from the Udaipur
District Collector’s Office.
Strong show across streams
The Science stream delivered standout performances, with Deepika
securing the top rank with a remarkable 99.8%, while the stream recorded an
overall pass percentage of 96.23%.
In Commerce, 93.64% of students cleared the exams, maintaining
steady performance levels. The Arts stream emerged as the best-performing

Meanwhile, the Senior Upadhyaya examination also saw strong results,
with 97.20% of the 4,122 candidates successfully passing.
Exams and participation
RBSE conducted the Class 12 examinations between February 12 and
March 11, 2026, across 139 centres in Rajasthan, with over 8 lakh
students appearing. The exams were held from 8:30 am to 11:45 am,
with each paper lasting 3 hours 15 minutes.
Passing criteria and next steps
To pass the RBSE Class 12 exams, students must secure at least 33%
marks in each subject as well as in aggregate—equivalent to 33 out of 100
in full-mark subjects and 26 out of 80 in subjects carrying 80 marks.
Students failing in one or two subjects will be eligible to appear for
supplementary examinations, the schedule for which will be announced shortly.
How to check results
Students can access their marksheets on the official RBSE website by
entering their roll number and date of birth. The online marksheet will include
key details such as name, roll number, subject-wise scores, overall marks, and
pass status.
Candidates are advised to carefully verify all details and report any
discrepancies to their respective schools or board authorities.
Revaluation option available
Students dissatisfied with their scores can apply for revaluation
through the official portal within the stipulated deadline. The board will recheck
answer sheets, and revised results will be issued after the review process.
Last year’s trend
In 2025, RBSE declared Class 12 results on May 22. The Commerce stream
had topped with 99.07%, followed by Arts at 97.78% and Science at

year.
