The Staff Selection Commission has declared the SSC CPO 2025 Paper-I
results for recruitment of Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police and the Central Armed
Police Forces, with 48,615 candidates qualifying for the next stage of the
selection process.
Candidates who appeared for the examination held between December 9 and
12, 2025 can now check their results on the official SSC website. Those who have
cleared Paper I will proceed to the Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical
Standard Test (PST).
Female representation low among
qualifiers
According to official data, out of the total qualified candidates, only
4,320 are from the female list (List-I), highlighting a relatively low
participation compared to 44,067 male candidates in List-II. Additionally, 228
candidates have qualified under the male departmental category (List-III) for
Delhi Police.
The results reflect a strong overall turnout, with the bulk of
successful candidates emerging from the general recruitment lists across both
Delhi Police and CAPFs.
Category-wise cut-offs released
The commission has also published category-wise cut-off marks, alongside
minimum qualifying thresholds. Candidates were required to secure at least 30%
(60 marks) for Unreserved (UR), 25% (50 marks) for OBC/EWS, and 20% (40 marks)
for SC/ST categories.
Final cut-offs (Paper I):
While Lists I and II cover candidates shortlisted for both Delhi Police
and CAPFs, List-III is reserved exclusively for in-service Delhi Police
personnel under the departmental quota.
How to check SSC CPO result
With the written stage now complete, attention shifts to the physically demanding PET/PST phase, which will determine the next round of shortlisted candidates in the high-stakes recruitment process.
