The Central Board of Secondary Education
has initiated the next phase of the Class 12 result process for 2026, directing
affiliated schools across West Asia to begin uploading student marks on its
official portal.
In a notification issued on April 7, the board
informed school principals that the marks uploading platform would go live from
April 8, with access provided through individual school logins. The move marks
a crucial step toward the declaration of CBSE Class 12 results.
The directive follows CBSE’s earlier
Notification-2 dated March 27, which detailed the assessment framework and
result preparation process in light of exam cancellations. Schools have been
instructed to strictly adhere to the prescribed guidelines while entering
marks.
Emphasising accuracy, the board has issued a
clear warning: no requests for corrections will be entertained once the marks
are submitted, regardless of the nature of the error. Institutions have
therefore been urged to exercise utmost caution during data entry and ensure
compliance within the stipulated timeline.
The communication has also been shared with
Indian diplomatic missions in key West Asian countries, including United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman,
Qatar, Bahrain,
Kuwait and Iran,
along with CBSE-affiliated schools operating in the region.
Meanwhile, students who participated in national and international sports events will appear for the remaining Class 12 examinations on April 11 and April 13, scheduled from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. These candidates will be required to carry freshly issued admit cards to the examination centres.
